Venue: – Girton Grammar Gymnasium
Vine Street, Bendigo
Volleyball Program Includes:
- A specifically designed skill development program delivered by a highly qualified coaching panel
- Weekly training on Tuesdays and three Sunday morning sessions
- A specifically designed weekly strength & conditioning program conducted by Human Mechanics
- A comprehensive personal development program, delivered by the consulting panel. Subjects covered may include, nutrition, sport psychology, drugs in sport/gambling/match-fixing, social media, injury prevention and management, and public speaking.
- Entry in September Junior Dragon City Tournament in Bendigo
- Entry in November Dragon City Tournament in Bendigo
- Musculoskeletal Screening
- 2023 BAS Annual Presentation event
Athletes must be 12 years by 1st June 2023 and under 18 years as of 1/6/2023
